Powerful asanas/postures are practiced while an equal importance is given to further nurturing the mind through pranamays and meditation. Integrating elements from the different paths of yoga, it is an authentic and holistic step towards wellbeing. It is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Morning classes will be more intense while evening classes will focus on subtle yogic practices, relaxation and more meditation. Yoga sutras and other ancient aphorisms on yoga will be introduced with an aim to understand their unique value and better integrate the wisdom of yoga into our lives.
Visiting spectacular towns and taking a boat trip to neighboring island Brač - with its famous beach Zlatni Rat.
Popular town with the same name as the island. People say it is a town from a fairy tale because of its wonderful nature, mild climate and architecture. Hvar is also attractive for its restaurants, boutiques, and a vibrant nightlife amidst its medieval streets.
Stari Grad (Old Town) is one of the oldest towns in Europe. A walk through the city streets brings the whisperings of the past times. The town is becoming more attractive in recent years with opening of some interesting and unique shops and art galleries.
Located some 45 minutes long boat ride from the retreat centre, Bol is situated on the southern part of the island Brač. The town was founded long ago and became an extraordinary tourist oasis because of the wide gravel and sandy beaches. A short walk from Bol lies the Zlatni Rat beach - one of the largest and most beautiful attractions of the Adriatic. Like a small tongue, it extends nearly half a kilometer into the clear blue sea.

Three healthy and delicious vegetarian / vegan meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Breakfasts will generally consist of porridge, fruits, milk, bread, butter, cheese, jam, honey etc. Lunch and dinner will be tasty and balanced meals prepared by our local chef. Herbal teas will be offered in the morning, before yoga sessions. Smoking and drinking alcohol is not permitted on the retreat premises and it is advised to refrain from intake of toxic substances during the week for maximum benefit of the program. In case of any food allergies, our chef will do his best to accommodate your dietary needs. Please do communicate that in advance so we can better prepare ourselves.
We are located in Basina, a beautiful bay situated in-between Stari Grad and Jelsa, opposite to Brač island, which makes it ideal for boat trips and island tours. There are many secluded beaches around Basina, so you can explore and enjoy your privacy. The three-store Maya house has 2 apartments and 2 terraces, 2 bathrooms and a loft. The house has a sea view and the sea is only seconds away. Additional accommodation is offered in a neighbouring house, in case Maya house is already booked. All rooms are either twin bed rooms or double bed rooms. Apartments are also available. Size of the group per retreat is 8 – 12 people.
